Dr. LaToya Bridges is a dedicated Minister of the Gospel, licensed therapist, and inspirational speaker with a heart for seeing people transformed. She serves as the CEO and founder of The Life Center, a faith-based counseling and resource hub where she provides spiritual guidance, therapy, and coaching to individuals, couples, and families seeking emotional and spiritual wholeness. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. LaToya is also a trusted partner to corporate leaders, small business owners, and community organizations, delivering customized coaching and training programs that enhance personal effectiveness and foster organizational growth. 

 

A native of Prentiss, Mississippi, Dr. LaToya is the wife of her high school classmate and longtime friend, Pastor Arthur Bridges, II. She is the proud mother of Jeronn C. Williams, II (JCordell), a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and is grateful to be a bonus mom to JaMychael, Raela, and Brayden.

 

Deeply committed to family, faith, and community, Dr. LaToya credits much of who she is today to the grace of God and the enduring love and influence of her late parents, John and Marjorie Culver. Both educators, they instilled in her a lifelong love of learning, a heart for people, and a desire to use her gifts in service to others.

 

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Spelman College, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, and a Doctorate in Education from Argosy University specializing in pastoral counseling, Dr. LaToya blends her academic training, professional experience, and personal journey to walk out the mantra  “Believe Well, Become Well, Be Well”—this shapes Dr. LaToya’s life, ministry, and vision, guiding everyone she encounters to step boldly into greater dimensions of purpose and fulfillment.
